Anniversary Weekend will be here in just a few weeks.  As we prepare for one of our biggest celebratory weekends - below are a few details you need to know about this year’s STARS NIGHT IN. As you know, this year the Leaders are hosting most of the show so GET READY TO SHINE and show appreciation to your amazing teams!!!

SERVE TEAM ROSTER

Below is a copy of the Serve Teams Roster.

Please confirm that the names listed on your serve team list are correct and inclusive.  Each serve team member’s name and photo will be displayed at some point during the night.  Making sure that we have everyone’s first and last name is extremely important!  Failing to or forgetting to submit a team members name can result in “hurt feelings/offense” and ain’t nobody got time for that! 

If your team roster is complete - GREAT.  If changes are needed - please denote the changes below.


INVITATIONS

Invitations for your team are available in a box in the Conference Room. Feel free to stop by the building anytime this week or before Empower Hour. Please ensure that your team receives them this week. FYI…. RSVP cards are enclosed in each invite for guests to confirm their attendance! 


WHO IS YOUR SHINING STAR?

Your team’s shining star is an individual that “shines”. They are the above and beyond - go to player of your team. They are faithful, give 100% every time they show up and exhibit a true “I’M IN” spirit.


THE DANCE

Ok, let’s go ahead and talk about the BIG elephant in the room.  THE INNY’S OPENING DANCE…LOL!!!

Rehearsal went really well last week, let’s keep that energy going. Your team is going to be so surprised that you are showing off your moves.  

PRACTICE

Practice makes perfect. Let’s get it. Be sure to practice on your own so that we can flow easily during practices. Practice videos are available below.

DANCE ATTIRE:

  • Shirt: Distressed Orange Here To Serve T-Shirts (will be provided)

  • Bottom:  Camouflage Pants 

  • Shoes: Your discretion - whatever you feel comfortable dancing in. 

Another word about our attire:  In order to keep from changing clothes twice that night.  We are asking that all leaders wear their “dance attire” for the first portion of the night - until after the dance.  We will open up the show with our dance at 7:07pm.  Dinner will be served immediately following the dance.  While our teams are eating dinner - we will have approximately 35-45 minutes to get dressed in our “evening attire”.  The program will pick back up at 8:07pm.   

** Ladies, thankfully the dances are not high impact and our hair and make-up can stay intact.  There is also a bridal suite that we will be using to get dressed.
