Simply fill out the form below and show up to pick up your box on Wednesday, December 19th.
All boxes will be picked up at our Main Campus located at 3925 Overton Crossing, Memphis, TN 38127.
Christmas Food Box registration ends at 11:57pm - Saturday, December 15th or donation limit reached.
** Can’t lift anything heavy? No worries. All boxes will be brought to and placed inside your vehicle upon arrival.
One box per family - per vehicle.
