Breathe represents a time of refreshing and restoration for most of us. A time where we get to simply “be present and in the moment”. No demands, no schedules, no cooking, no cleaning, no school pick-ups, no work! NO-THING!!

Sometimes life moves so fast, you can barely catch your breath between “happenings”. Over time, not only can it wear you down mentally, but physically and spiritually as well. Sisterfriends, October 15th-19th, we are calling an intentional TIME-OUT! That’s right, we are getting ready to experience 5 UNINTERRUPTED days of rest and reflection, sprinkled with lots of fun, laughter and fellowship. This year’s Breathe Women’s Retreat will absolutely be the BEST ONE YET!!

DEPART - Innovation Church Main Campus - TUESDAY - OCTOBER 15th @ 11:07AM

RETURN - Innovation Church Main Campus - SATURDAY - October 19th @ 4:07pm.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of $65 secures your spot. Don’t delay, this retreat fills up fast!

Cost of Retreat: $444.00 per person (covers meals, transportation, lodging and activities)

Full payment must be made by October 6th, 2019.

COMFORTABLE ATTIRE FOR 5 DAYS. (BE MINDFUL OF “FALL” BEACH WEATHER).

PAJAMAS
PERSONAL TOILETRIES (Deodorant, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, etc.)
FLIP FLOPS or BEACH SHOES
TOWELS (Face & Bath)
SPECIAL SLEEPING NEEDS: PILLOWS, EYE MASKS, ETC.
SPENDING MONEY (FOR MALL VISIT)
SWIMWEAR / WATER ATTIRE
WESTERN OUTFIT** - (Get as creative as you desire with this “fit”)
KENTUCKY DERBY OUTFIT** - (Fascinators (small hats) or large hats and sundresses) see examples below.
** SIsterfriends, the outfits listed above are for our “themed” events. PLEASE do not feel any added pressure to go out and purchase new clothing. Go through your closet, or one of your stylish friend’s closets - I am sure you will discover what you need.
